No. It’s a mobile website that works in any browser. Players just scan a QR code or tap a link and they’re ready to score. Nothing to install.

How long does setup take?

Five minutes. Add your venue, courses, and hole pars. We mail you a free countertop sign — print one yourself in the meantime using artwork we provide.

What counts as a game?

A game starts when players create a new scorecard for one of your courses. Whether it’s 2 players or 6, it counts as one game.

Can I try it before adding a payment method?

Yes. Your first 100 games every month are free, no credit card required. You only need to add payment info if you go over 100 games in a month.

How does billing work?

First 100 games per month are free, forever. After that it’s $0.10 per game, capped at $99/month. No contracts, no surprise charges.

How do players get their scorecards?

Players can enter their email during or after a game to have their scorecard sent to them. They can also share it directly to social media or look up past games by email anytime.

Do I have to get rid of paper scorecards?

Not at all. Just place a QR code sign next to your existing pencil-and-paper setup. Players who want digital can scan it — everyone else keeps playing the way they always have. It’s additive, not a replacement.

Can I customize the look?

Yes. Upload your logo and set your brand colors. Players see your venue’s branding on the scoring screen, scorecards, leaderboards, and emails.

What are leaderboards?

Each course gets its own leaderboard. After a round, players can opt in with a display name. It’s a great way to drive repeat visits and friendly competition.

How do reviews work?

After each game, players rate their experience 1–5 stars. Only 5★ ratings get prompted to leave a Google review. Anything 4★ or below gets a private feedback form — so constructive comments reach you, not the public.
